Measure snugly around your ribcage, right under your bust.
Find your underbust in the table below.
Between sizes? Choose by your cup size. For more support pick the smaller size, for a more relaxed fit pick the larger one.

The cups give structured support, and the band has a little stretch for comfort as your body changes.

Our chart covers the measurements we designed for, so we can't promise a perfect fit outside them. Depending on your measurements, one of these may help:

Need more room in the band? Choose the smaller size for the cup fit and use the bra extender included in the box to add band length.
Need more room in the cups? Choose the larger size.

The extender adds length to the band only. It doesn't change the cups, so it won't solve every fit question.

Good to know

Do I still need nursing pads?

For light to moderate leaks during the day, usually not. Each cup has a built-in absorbent layer, tested to hold up to 25 ml. If you leak heavily, especially overnight, we recommend adding a nursing pad for extra protection.

Can I wear it at night?

MommyMesh is designed for everyday daytime wear. If you leak more heavily at night, add a nursing pad for extra protection.

How do the nursing clips work?

There is a clip at the top of each cup. Unhook it with one hand to fold the cup down for feeding or pumping, then clip it back when you're done.

Can I wear it during pregnancy?

Yes. It's wire-free with a stretchy band, so it's comfortable while you're pregnant and ready for feeding after your baby arrives.

Which size should I choose?

Measure around your ribcage, just under your bust, and match it to the size guide. If you're between sizes, go by your cup size. Outside our ranges? See the fit tips under the size guide.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle, inside the washing bag that comes in the box. Don't tumble dry or bleach. Let it air dry so the lace keeps its shape.

What if it doesn't fit?
